No, hopefully these things are not related...but I wouldn't be surprised if they are.
These were my breakfast choices sometime in my last week in the dorm:
Korean option: tasty. Western option: bread, bread, cereal, nasty salad, baby corn? Of course.
Once in a metro bathroom, the only stall available was for people with disabilities or mothers and children. As there was no one who qualified for this behind me in line, I went on in and was greeted with a regular toilet as well as a Toilet Jr. As surprised as I was about this, having never seen it before, it seems like a pretty good idea for kids, actually.
Families who go together...nevermind.

That western breakfast sounds horrible--good thing that you like korean food. I think that the mini-toilet is a good idea. It would be much easier to take children into the public restroom with you.
That is a weird western breakfast! I don't know what they think we eat here-that's funny! Also-that is a cool idea with the toilets!
